ABOUT US
Hello I am Sarah, a documentary style photographer who loves to capture happiness in a natural and authentic way and I work alongside my husband Alex photographing weddings all over the UK. I also have a passion for capturing families in beautiful outdoor locations with relaxed and fun sessions.
We are based in a small village in Sussex and in our spare time love walking in the countryside and visiting National Trust houses and Gardens. I also enjoy photographing wildlife and have a particular soft spot for birds, so we love visiting nature reserves and local forests to combine our love of walking and nature.
When the weather is cold outside you will find me in our little cottage working on a Macrame piece or baking – I have a wheat and dairy free diet, but a sweet tooth so always like to come up with new free from treats to share with Alex.
We both love Florida and have been there twice now and are already planning our next trip back! Cricket is also a big part of our lives and Alex likes to play for his team in Sevenoaks when he can, whilst I photograph cricket for the ECB.
If you follow my stories on Instagram you will also see I have a soft spot for cows and are lucky to have some in our village which I visit most days
We bought a drone last year to use at weddings and have been loving it. Alex is the drone pilot and has captured some wonderful footage and photos so far.

One of the things I love the most about photographing weddings is getting to meet so many lovely couples and sharing a journey with them. From the planning stages of their wedding right through to the day itself, I always feel very honoured to be chosen to share my couple’s special day. I photograph weddings with a reportage style, telling a story with photos and allowing my couples to enjoy their wedding day.
Having been a bride myself I know how important it is to choose the right photographer for the style of photography that you like. I love to capture each wedding I photograph like a story for my couples to look back on for years to come. I am a professionally qualified photographer and have been working in the industry since 2001 and capturing weddings since 2007. I am also a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers.
